How Is Life Measured.

I have alway wanted to know why God created humans. Yeah, biblically and literally. Humans were created to worship, hallow and also serve God and also to occupy the Earth. But i ask, What then is Life's measurement? What is the measure of life? Is it by our closeness to those we claim to love? or, Is it by our accommplishments? Is it by our ability to get even with those that hates or hurts us? May I ask you from your own understanding, what really is the MEASURE OF LIFE?
