SNOOP DOG ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGE

Snoop Dogg was arrested this past weekend after a sniffing dog uncovered about a half an ounce of marijuana on his tour bus in Texas. According to TMZ, Snoop Dogg's tour bus was stopped by border
patrol at a checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, Texas. Snoop told the officers that he had a prescription for the marijuana but Texas has a zero tolerance policy for weed regardless of his status in other states.
If convicted, Snoop could face up to 180 days in prison. But Snoop was issued a citation for misdemeanor
drug possession and released.
